Cettis Warbler singing frequently and moving along ditch on south side of Tar Lake, first known report at this site

I visited Tar Lakes on Wednesday evening and the Cettis was in the reeds between Tar Lake and the Conservation Lake, it then moved along the ditch south of Tar Lake toward the gate. I had assumed they were regulars.
